9 different 100% Arabica coffee beans. Illy cooperates directly
with producers from 13 different countries.

advanced machines. Thanks to the pressurization technique,
the aromas remain intact in the tin boxes that have especially

varieties. The 3 kg box is specially aimed at bars, hotels and

ESE (Easy Serving Espresso)
The ESE system (patented by Illy in 1972) is widespread. Everybody
knows its individual servings that contain 7 g of ground coffee that
can be used on all machines that are equipped with the ESE system.
